T Street Beach, also known as Esplande Beach, is at the end of Esplanade Street in San Clemente, Ca.  There is an overpass over the railroad tracks to the parking areas at Paseo De Cristobal and Esplanade.  T Street Beach is just south of San Clemente Pier Beach and also accesses the San Clemente Coastal Trail.
