Calafia Beach Park is adjacent to San Clemente State Beach. This is a very popular beach in the area and has a large day use pay parking lot. There is also a cafe on the beach. San Clemente State Park and and Calafia Beach Park share the same access road, Avenida Calafia. This is also where the San Clemente Beach Coastal Trail starts and continues north for approximately 2.3 miles to North Beach.
